I worked on Wednesday and then battled the crowds at the grocery store and brought home a cake for dessert. Andrew made steak and potatoes. Jen and Brad brought a salad. We had a great feast and then played some games. Champagne at midnight. It was a perfect New Years Eve with no crowds and no freezing our butts off in the snow.
Today we had a perfectly relaxing day, after I spent 2 hours washing dishes. And at 9pm it feels like its almost bedtime again. I have the rest of the weekend off, but we have big cleaning up the apartment plans. We are wild and crazy kids.
